Fabrication

Our fabrication process combines skilled craftsmanship with advanced equipment to deliver accurate, repeatable results.

Utilizing the PCR42 Robotic Plasma by Prodevco, Bend-Tech Dragon tube processing, and a Lightning Rail CNC printing table, we efficiently cut, drill, and process structural and misc. steel to exact specifications.

This technology-driven approach improves consistency, reduces rework, and ensures every component fits and installs as intended.

Estimating and Consulting

Our estimating and consulting services are supported by Tekla PowerFab, allowing us to develop accurate, data-driven estimates early in the project lifecycle.

By integrating material takeoffs, labor forecasting, and project data, we provide clear, reliable cost information that helps clients make informed decisions and plan with confidence. Our team works closely with owners, contractors, and engineers to evaluate scope, identify efficiencies, and support successful project execution.
